We’re looking for a full-time receptionist to join our growing team!

As the receptionist, you’ll be our front-line contact with the public and must represent the dealership in a professional, and friendly manner. You’ll be responsible for accepting and directing incoming calls and providing callers with basic information in a courteous and professional manner. You’ll also be responsible for data entry, vehicle licensing, adding in vehicles to inventory, and ordering supplies.

While we aren’t looking for a certain number of years of experience, we’re looking for someone with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. The right candidate will be detail oriented and eager to learn.

  • Operate a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual/department in a courteous and professional manner
  • Track and record all sales traffic in the dealership’s traffic management system
  • Data entry
  • Vehicle licensing

  • Office supply management
  • Filing as required
